Welcome to SellerZest.
By accessing our website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies.
If you do not agree, you must not use SellerZest.

  • For AUP Section 4.4 (No Data Aggregation): “Users agree not to use SellerZest services to aggregate data across Selling Partners’ businesses or Amazon Customers obtained through Selling Partner APIs to provide or sell to any parties, including competing Selling Partners.”   

     

  • For AUP Section 4.5 (No Insights about Amazon’s Business): “Users agree not to use SellerZest services to calculate insights about Amazon’s business, nor to promote or publish insights about Amazon’s business publicly or through paid services, including within the Application itself.” 

     

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing SellerZest, or integrating your Amazon Seller Central account, you agree to:

  • These Terms of Service,

  • Our Privacy Policy,

  • Any applicable supplemental agreements.

2. Description of Services

SellerZest provides analytics, insights, automation, and reporting tools for Amazon Sellers, including but not limited to:

  • Access to seller account metrics via authorized Selling Partner API (SP‑API)

  • Product, sales, and inventory analytics

  • Brand Analytics (Search Term, Market Basket, Repeat Purchase data – where eligible)

  • Listing optimization insights

  • Alerts, automated reports, and notifications

Amazon Account Requirement:
Some features require an active Amazon Seller Central account and authorization for SellerZest to access your Amazon data via Amazon’s secure OAuth SP‑API integration.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding legal agreement

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Be authorized to connect any Amazon Seller account used with our platform

4. Amazon SP‑API Authorization and Compliance

You acknowledge that:

  1. Authorization – SellerZest will only access to your account-specific Amazon data after you explicitly grant access through Amazon’s secure OAuth process.

  2. Use of Amazon Information – We use your Amazon data solely to provide agreed‑upon analytics and insights derived from your authorized data.

  3. Policy Compliance – We adhere to Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy (Sections 4.4 & 4.5) and Data Protection Policy.

  4. Revocation – You may revoke our access at any time through your Amazon Seller Central “User Permissions” or “Apps & Services” settings.

  5. Prohibited Uses – We do not share, sell, or use your Amazon Information for competitive intelligence outside the scope of the services you authorize.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your SellerZest credentials confidential

  • All activities under your account

  • Immediately notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse or violations of these Terms.

6. Payment and Billing

For paid services:

  • Fees are clearly presented at signup

  • Recurring plans will be billed automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle

  • All payments are non‑refundable except where required by law or stated in the plan terms

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including software, dashboards, data visualizations, and branding, is owned by SellerZest or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute platform content

  • Reverse‑engineer any part of the system

  • Use our trademarks without prior written consent

8. Acceptable Use

You must NOT:

  • Violate any laws, Amazon policies, or third‑party rights

  • Attempt to bypass our authentication or Amazon’s API security

  • Interfere with service operation

  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers without authorization

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

9. Data Protection, Privacy, and Security

  • We process your account’s Amazon Information only with your consent and authorization

  • All your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES‑256)

  • Access within SellerZest is role‑based and restricted to personnel who require it for service delivery

  • We will promptly report any security incidents involving Amazon data to Amazon at security@amazon.com, per their policy

  • We never share Amazon Information with external parties unless legally required

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Required by Amazon policy changes or legal obligations

  • You misuse the services or compromise platform integrity

You may cancel any time; upon cancellation, account access is removed and data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

SellerZest is provided “as is”:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service

  • We do not indemnify against Amazon platform changes that impact our features

  • Your use of analytics and insights is at your own discretion

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SellerZest’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the six (6) months before the claim arose.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.
